A University of Akron graduate, he found his passion in helping small businesses simplify their finances, minimize taxes, and plan for long-term success. Nathan is dedicated to building genuine relationships and guiding clients toward lasting financial security.
Ashley Bollman
Payroll Manager

Known for being detail-oriented, transparent, and friendly, Kip takes pride in providing a positive and dependable client experience. Clients can always expect service with a smile when working with him. Outside of work, Kip enjoys camping, hunting and fishing, and woodworking. He also coaches high school girls basketball.

Bookkeeper
Cindy has been working in accounting and bookkeeping since 2014, bringing years of hands-on experience to her role. She supports clients with invoices, receipts, and reconciliations, helping keep their financial records accurate and organized. Known for being reliable, accurate, and always available, Cindy takes pride in being someone clients can depend on. While she jokes that enjoying numbers might be a “trick question,” her consistent and dependable work speaks for itself. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys camping, spending time with her cats, and singing. A fun fact about her is that she holds an Associate of Science degree in Bioenergy.
Aunna Wireman
Accounting Intern
Aunna has been working in an accounting environment since October 2025 and is actively developing her skills while supporting payroll processing for multiple companies. She enjoys identifying and resolving errors to ensure accuracy and efficiency. She is currently enrolled at the University of Kent, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance. Known for being detail-oriented, adaptable, and people-focused, Aunna brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach. Clients can expect clear communication and a strong focus on understanding their goals. Outside of work, Aunna enjoys hiking and spending chilly days bowling. She is also known for asking thoughtful questions that help uncover the root of a problem quickly.

Tina brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, helping business owners stay organized and compliant so they can make informed decisions with confidence. She takes pride in easing the day-to-day stress of running a business by keeping financials clear and manageable. She enjoys transforming areas that often feel overwhelming—like bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll—into something structured and understandable for clients. Known for being experienced, proactive, and easygoing, Tina provides steady guidance and dependable support. Outside of work, Tina values her faith and family above all else. She enjoys cooking for friends and family, reading, and working on her historical home and gardens. While she loves gardening, she’s learned to share with her dogs—even when they help themselves to vegetables straight from the vine.
